Because these services incur immediate processing costs, refund requests may be denied if a significant portion of the allocated AI usage has already been consumed.

- More than 25% of the plan's AI quota has been used.
- AI-generated content, images, transcriptions, or audio have been extensively generated.
- The account has consumed substantial platform resources.
4. Custom Domains and Premium Features
Refund requests may be denied if premium features have already been substantially used, including but not limited to:
- Connecting one or more custom domains.
- Extensive creation of bio link pages, QR codes, static sites, or shortened links.
- Use of API access.
- Use of advanced automation or notification systems.
- Significant export of data or analytics.
5. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans, if offered, are non-refundable once substantial usage of the platform has occurred.
We reserve the right to evaluate lifetime plan refund requests individually based on account activity and resource consumption.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to:
