Biolinkd provides a suite of online tools that allows Users to create a centralized landing page ("Bio Link Page") to promote their online presence. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Bio Link Builder: A tool to create and customize a page with multiple links.
- AI Content Generator: An AI-powered tool to assist in generating text and content ideas.
- URL Shortener: A service to create shortened, trackable links.
- Analytics: Tools to track clicks and performance of your Bio Link Page and links.
- Other features as introduced from time to time.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for all content, links, images, videos, and data you upload, publish, display, or link to through the Service ("Your Content").
3.1. Prohibited Content. You expressly agree NOT to use the Service to:
a. Upload, post, or link to content that is: Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Pornographic, obscene, or containing nudity. This includes, but is not limited to, sexually explicit images, videos, or text. Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent.
b. Promote or link to websites that are primarily associated with: Gambling or casinos, including online sports betting, poker, and casino games. This prohibition includes using the Service to promote affiliate links to gambling sites. Pornography, adult content, or nudity. Hate groups, violence, or illegal activities. Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) ventures that are deceptive in nature.
3.2. Affiliate Links.While promoting gambling through affiliate links is strictly prohibited, the use of other, legitimate affiliate links is permitted, provided they comply with all other sections of these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations (such as FTC disclosure requirements). You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate marketing practices are legal and transparent.
3.3. General Prohibitions. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Our Rights: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of Biolinkd and its licensors. The Biolinkd name, logo, and all related names are our trademarks.
4.2. Your Rights: By uploading Your Content, you retain any intellectual property rights you hold in it. However, by submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4.3. AI-Generated Content: Content generated through our AI tools is provided for your use. You own the output you create with the AI tools, but we retain all rights to the underlying AI technology and model.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1. Subscription Plans: The Service is offered under both free and paid subscription plans.5.2.
Fees: By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.5.3.
Auto-Renewal: Paid subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.5.4.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Prohibited Content section (Section 3). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BIOLINKD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOLINKD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biolinkd and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
