You agree not to use the platform to promote or engage in illegal activities, share or link to pornographic or adult content, distribute malware, phishing links, or scams, engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam practices, or promote hate speech, violence, or harmful content. Biolinkd reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish on the platform. By using the service, you grant Biolinkd a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, and Biolinkd is not liable for any user-generated content.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Biolinkd operates on a paid subscription model. All payments are securely processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused time. Exceptions may be granted only in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical issues caused by Biolinkd.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Biolinkd may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited activities. No refunds will be provided for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to violations.

ANALYTICS AND DATA COLLECTION

Biolinkd collects and processes data such as link clicks, IP addresses, device information, and browser data to provide analytics and improve the service.

PRIVACY

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Biolinkd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Biolinkd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Pricing and subscription plans may be changed with reasonable notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, software, branding, and design are the property of Biolinkd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the service without prior written permission.

CUSTOM DOMAINS

Users are responsible for configuring and maintaining their own custom domains. Biolinkd is not responsible for DNS issues, domain misconfiguration, or related downtime.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the US. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
